$12.00
Sold Out

This salt is a collaboration with George Patterson of Hernshaw Farms. He grows mushrooms on reclaimed mine land in West Virginia and helps to create farmland with his compost. The mushrooms are dried and ground before being mixed into the salt. Locally grown rosemary and thyme are added, as well as a hint of black pepper. The combo makes a delicious seasoning for hamburgers, steaks, and grilled vegetables.

J.Q. Dickinson is a 7th generation salt-making family harvests an all-natural salt by hand, from an ancient ocean trapped below the Appalachian Mountains of the Kanawha Valley in West Virginia.
